Equipment malfunctioned in the middle of the job, and no one came to replace it for two days. My ceiling collapsed from the delay.
The technician was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor. Completely unprofessional behavior.
The technician walked through my house with muddy boots and ruined my carpets even more. Unacceptable.
Horrible response time. I had to wait 36 hours for them to show up even after telling them it was an emergency.
Overpriced and underdelivered. I was charged double what I was originally quoted.
