We recently had an emergency sewage flood at Waterside Condominium, Miami, that affected six units, and Carlos Monteverde from Rapid Response Restoration was incredible. He handled everything with care, attention to detail, and true professionalism. Carlos made sure the restoration and irrigation work were completed efficiently and correctly. Rapid Response Restoration is an excellent, trustworthy, and responsive company, and Carlos is a perfect example of their outstanding team. Highly recommend!
I normally would not write a review for a company I've never used HOWEVER just with the manner of now this person drives and composes themselves driving a company vehicle definitely deserves one. To the person driving vehicle 018 on the morning of 6/6/25... DO BETTER! BE BETTER! You're representing the company.
10/10 stars. Extremely professional , had a problem with some mold in a house I had just leased. Rapid response scheduled a morning inspection the day after I called them , and within a couple days , they cleaned out all of the mold , steamed the vents and painted over the vents. They were very reasonably priced and really did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend.
Equipment malfunctioned in the middle of the job, and no one came to replace it for two days. My ceiling collapsed from the delay.
The technician was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor. Completely unprofessional behavior.
