These guys saved us on a New Year’s Eve, and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. Just replaced our boiler and water heater. Competent, thorough, clean up after themselves, professional and great office staff.

Plumbers are paid by the hour plus parts. I have never been charged in 25 years of owning a home by each thing they were going to fix on a leaking toilet! For example, my toilet was leaking and ended up needing a new supply line valve and fill valve. It took 45 minutes. But rather than charge for the time (1 hour) plus parts, they charged almost $400 for the supply and almost $200 for the fill valve. And this was in addition to $225 for coming after hours at 6:45. $800 to fix a leaking toilet? Unbelievable.
