Boyd and his team installed a new furnace. We are very happy to have such great local businesses in our neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new furnace. Boyd took the time to educate my wife and myself on furnace items we did not know about. Update: We hired Boyd again for central air. Boyd is the best contractor I have had the pleasure to work with. He is a man who cares about his customers and shows it. 10/10 experience. Thank you Boyd.
They came out promptly on a Sunday, and got the furnace working quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely work with them again.
When the furnace was failing to stay lit, little did I know that I had a beast of a furnace repair job ahead of us. I called Rapid Response to try to prioritize local businesses. Boyd and Ronnie came out four separate times to diagnose and fix my furnace, and steeply discounted the cost of the repair.
