rapid response was awesome.....matthew and junior were quick to respond and repair my garage door in one day...couldn't ask for a better garage door repair service in las vegas than these 2 guys....great job and thank you
Matt came out and gave us an estimate for what we wanted in our new garage door. By 7:30 pm that evening we had a beautiful new garage door. He explained everything about the door and the care of it. His price was very reasonable and he was straightforward about the cost of the upgrades we wanted. This was such a positive amazing experience. Definitely go with Rapid Response for any of your garage door needs!
The garage door came off the track right when I had guests arriving in an hour, typical timing, right? I called Rapid Response and they had someone out in about 30 minutes. Mark showed up, took a look, and explained what had failed and why, which was really helpful. He got the door back on track, and now it works perfectly. I should've called sooner instead of waiting weeks. Would definitely use them again if I need a repair.
