The garage door came off the track right when I had guests arriving in an hour, typical timing, right? I called Rapid Response and they had someone out in about 30 minutes. Mark showed up, took a look, and explained what had failed and why, which was really helpful. He got the door back on track, and now it works perfectly. I should've called sooner instead of waiting weeks. Would definitely use them again if I need a repair.

Jr and Matt are amazing! We had an emergency on Sunday afternoon and needed service immediately. They showed up and took care of the problem. ASAP! Very professional and very prompt. Great customer service called and made sure everything was done properly and very friendly team. I have used them twice and I will use them again and I refer them to everyone I know.
