Woke this morning to find both spring and cables had broken overnight. Called Rapid Response @ Noon, they were here by 3:00, and the repair was completed. Very impressed with Matt and Josh’s promptness, professionalism and expertise. Well done Gents.

I highly recommend this father and son duo. We were looking for someone to install a new garage door and motor and I saw the Rapid Response Garage Door work vehicle on the freeway one day and decided to give them a call. They both were very timely, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very professional and clean. They do fantastic work and we got a free estimate and our new garage door / parts / motor and key pad installed all on the same day!
