I was driving behind rapid response Container company in my 4 month old truck and they splattered my windshield chipping it in two places immediately pulled over the truck got a phone number called the office got blown off for weeks after week after week after week finally gave up this company is not a stand-up company I would not do business with them at all if this is how they treat people office manager appears to be pretty good at blowing people off and not honoring Damage Done by their drivers and or their equipment!!!!... read more
I would not ever recommend this company! When you are on the highway stay very far away from them! A large black piece of debris came off their truck and put a huge crack in my windshield. I called them immediately and also sent them several photos of the truck and my windshield and they refuse to fix it. They said I needed to make a claim on my personal insurance. I even spoke with my I insurance agent to see who should be responsible. I think it’s very poor business to damage other people’s property and refuse to fix it.
Owned by a racist piece of trash. Don't give this man a dime.
The shop is awesome fixed me up fast so I can make on time delivery in FL - thx guys
