I have had Rapid Response clean my carpet for the last 5 or 6 years. Aaron has come to my home. He is always courteous and leaves the carpet really clean. I recommend them with confidence that they will do a thorough job. Thanks to Aaron for a job well done.
Extremely overpriced. Not timely followup. No consideration for senior citizens
John was very polite, skillful, efficient and Knowledgeable. He explained the cleaning process prior to starting the job. He spent extra time and energy on heavily traveled patterns. I will be sure to call him again next year.
