If I had to describe Bob.s overall work in 1 word , it would be ' EXCELLENCE "
I had a plumbing issue which left me with a square of cut out drywall. Bob came and repaired the area and once painted blended in perfectly! He was neat, pleasant and takes pride in his work. Also kept me informed of arrival time! I would definitely recommend Bob’s service and use him again
Called on a Monday, no one answered so I left a message for 2 drywall repairs. Thursday I called again and left the same message. Rich called on Friday and stated someone would be here around 4PM. No one showed and no one called. I will not be using Rapid Repair now or in the future
