I would recommend Rapid Repair for any of your phone repairs. My dog bite and cracked my screen. Dropped it of before noon and picked it up at three. The staff was very attentive and professional. Most of all it is locally owned and operated.
The prices are great, I received my ZUNE 80GB battery rapidly the tools needed for battery replacement were included free of charge with my order. I would most definitely recommend Rapid Repair and I will order from them in the future
I thought my Zune was going to become a paper weight, then i found these guys. I just received my Zune from them today and I am ecstatic to have it back to it original glory. Thanks a bunch.
They fixed my old ZUNE 120 GB. Hard drive had a head crash, battery was toast, and the back cover was damaged ignorantly when I tried to fix it myself. Now it's like having a New ZUNE but with a solid state hard drive. No more head crashes for me.

Rapid Repair brought my Zune back to life when it needed a new battery. When the headphone jack failed on my other Zune, they that fixed too! Will definitely use Rapid Repair again, highly recommended, especially for those that are attached to the Zune!

Very happy with whole experience. Contacted them after finding service online. Discussed needed repair & update. Printed off form & sent my 80g Zune to them. My 10 yr old unit was returned in as new condition with all music saved. Appreciate the service. Will definitely get my future service.
Great service! Broke my screen late on a Friday night. Messaged them and they responded quickly and got me in for an appointment the next morning. The technician did great work. If you need a screen repair, go see them!
