Small business owner This crummy economy has forced me to evaluate everywhere I spend money. Rapid Refill downtown Portland is a super find. Their prices are much less than box store prices and the product is the same they sell. The guarantee is better and the service is outstanding. The big stores do nothing compared to the staff at Rapid Refill. You guys rock! The recycling they do is really impressive. I highly recommend doing business with them.

They are courteous, knowledgeable and offer extreme customer service right away. This couple is local and they practice strict recycling standards.
