Worst company ever. Lady behind the counter is terrible. They basically steal cars to make money. And the lady didn’t even want to give me my car back because she was upset with my attitude. If I hadnt had my son with me it would’ve been much uglier than her face.
They could improve by answering their phones when someone is looking for their car.
Rapid Recovery is nothing more than a common thief. On Saturday, numerous people were towed from 87th and the Dan Ryan in the shopping center while on a college campus visit. When we went to retrieve our vehicles, everyone's credit cards were supposedly "declined." The guy claimed that the banks viewed the transaction as fraud! BOA will call if they believe activity is fraudulent. So I paid this guy in cash AND he received the "declined" payment. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. I'm SO IRRITATED. Rapid Recovery Inc. Put a huge dent in my bumper while trasporting it. They denied everything even though they have a picture of the bumper when they picked it up and there is no dent. Very unprofessional, and no help whatsoever. The owner of this company who will not give out his name- works for AT&T as well. Binny's Beverage Depot, you should consider hiring a tow company that is actually operated legally.
I was at a bar that I usually frequent but hadn't been back there in like a month or so and I parked where I usually park in the lot at the crossing bar on 111th and my car was towed. There are no signs where I parked saying that I couldnt park on that side so how was I supposed t ok know. They wont work with u or nothing they just want to keep the car if you dont have the 218.50 to get the car

This man threatens your vehicles along with more less your life. I personally am seeking council for his companies behaviour. They think they are "Dog the bounty hunter". "Totally unprofessional company.
