Rapid Pump handles repairs for several lift stations, under our responsibility, all throughout New Jersey. Their office staff & supervisors are very responsive and have great communication. Their techs are knowledgeable and work hard to get the job done. Rapid, we appreciate you very much!! Thank you!!!
I called them numerous times I was sent them from recommendation to a Clinton. never received a call back. I tried receiving a proposal for a large industrial job exceeding 100k you would think they would run to the opportunity. But they just sent me a credit app to fill out. Look elsewhere for a pump company.
