I'm new to this technology and called about getting something 3D printed. I had very basic, honest questions and was instantly treated like I was wasting their time with one-word responses and an increasingly rude tone. They must be spoiled by military contracts and can't be bothered for anyone else. Very confused by their high ratings.

I called Ken on a Sunday to do a 3D print and he had it finished for me that evening. You can't get better service!

I first started using Rapid Protoyping Services in 2009. Ken Brace came to our facility to introduce himself personally and discuss some projects. He has pleasant personality. As my career has evolved I have always used Ken's services and he has always provided excellent quality work, services, consultations, with great turn-around times. It's been now 13 years since I have used Ken's services and it has been a great partneship every single year. Excellent customer service since day one! Thanks, Ken!

Ken is wonderful to work with - very fast responses, and all the parts coming out of his shop are always top notch in quality. Would definitely recommend his services for any prototyping or printing needs!
