I called the number to have someone come out and take a look at my printer at work that wasn't working properly. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and it was an actual human instead of some robo service. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brett, the service technician showed up on time and fixed the issue with my printer. I'm very happy with the service provided by this company and I would definitely use them again. And the pricing was very reasonable and fair as well.
Location incorrect and not updated. Wasted trip to the location.
