Update following my last review, Rapid POS is awful and will put your company in jeopardy with no recourse as they already have your money. If you are in need of a firearms related POS/bound book. You need to take a serious look at CDS Flight Deck. What we went to once we recovered from Rapid POS. Super intuitive, simple integration and cost effective monthly subscription. Seek them out.
Be Forewarned!!! For the firearms industry, this company’s software is so horrifically bad that we had to abandon it altogether. It doesn’t scale, is poorly supported (we found solutions and work arounds they didn’t) and is nearly impossible to train anyone new without them leaving out of sheer frustration or looking at you like you just developed a third eye.
