Called to have them move water pipes and drain to the left to accommodate a new vanity. Scheduled the appointment and they didn't show up. Later in the day they called very late telling me the serviceman was tied up and on his way. He showed up to look at the work that needed to be done. Opened up my wall and told me he didn't have the needed materials to do the job and left. They rescheduled the job for the next morning at 10am. They did't show up until 3-4pm.
