Just brought my daughter in for possible ankle fracture. She was seen and treated in less than an hour. Hailey and the rest of the team were great and caring and efficient! 10 recommendation!!!
For the specific injuries there great. Not the place to rely on for follow up care or needs such as faxing xrays or other required paperwork so a hospital can do surgery if necessary. This company is owned by an orthopedic doctor with a regular practice so you have that to streamline your care.
This review is based on my telephone experience only. A family member had an injury. I called to check to see if her insurance was accepted. I was placed on hold immediately and waited over 5 mins before I hung up. I wondered if this was an indication of the "rapid" care she would receive? I did call back received an answer within 30 seconds, but why the initial over 5 min hold? I will likely try them again, and gladly update my review afterwards.
Haley and the Staff are amazing!! I had an ongoing shoulder injury and she put me on a regiment with my Physical Therapist and its like my injury never happened!! Thank you ROC!!!
I was seen quickly and received a very thorough explanation related to my source of pain and how to move forward. I will be seeking physical therapy as recommended and am confident I will gain additional relief from pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rapid Orthopedic Care and Tim Savoie to others based on my experience.
