I agonized for 3 hours waiting when the nurse told me I was NOT getting any shots or any pills for pain relieve. Their have simply dehumanized me with their screwed up perception that everyone is lying to get drugs. I should have just gone to the ER and got an IV sedation.because I was thinking how I should just end my life this time not handling pain. I had a bad knee injury from and bad fall my knee was filling with fluid and my pain was unbearable, my daughter called ahead to see how long you were open and your staff said that I needed to arrive before 6 pm and we arrived at 5:45 and as i entered in your lobby in a wheelchair I was told that they couldn’t see me they had 2 patients ahead of me it was very disappointing and i was shocked to be treated so rudely. If I could give more stars I would , after calling multiple different places , they took us right in to get a cast on my 9 year old. The wait time was long because there is only one doctor but they made it worth the wait for sure. Drinks, snacks, and friendliness was everywhere in this building. The doctor that put the cast on made sure my little girl was comfortable the entire time, she explained everything step by step. Made sure nothing hurt , nothing was uncomfortable, even got down on her level to place the cast. I hope... read more
Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Place is clean and comfortable. My son didnt have an appointment or anything, his pediatrician sent him over. The doctor was very thorough, my only complaint was that it was time consuming. It was worth the wait though.
