The manager raised his voice at me for asking him questions, kept delaying my written estimate, then tried to threaten me by saying he was going to press charges of harassment in which I only called to follow up with my service. I even called the pd to verify if what I had done was wrong and both officers on different occasions said no I am not harassing.
