I have followed Jason across 2 companies, 3 loan closings, and 1 refinance. Jason and his team consistently exceed expectations every time. He is a fantastic loan officer to work with and always takes the time to be available for questions (though we did agree he should enjoy uninterrupted time with his granddaughter!). Jason communicates clearly, ensuring I understand every step. His commitment to accountability, respect, and transparency is evident. 3rd call of the morning at 9:25 from Rapid Mortgage. 3 days in a row now they've been calling my phone constantly. I asked for them to remove my number from their system and Julian assured me he would remove it but he just called me again. Dishonest and harassing. I wouldn't trust a company that states that they are here to "help veterans" but when a veteran asks them to help by removing his number they continue. Help Veterans when it helps their company. Don't Use Rapid Mortgage!
