The Colony location does not follow protocol and procedures. I was told my visit was no charge, only to be told just before services that it is $60. Then I was not given proof of my test and asked to wait while they found a form that they later said didn't exist. The woman in the office offered to "make a form up" for my employer. Lastly, while I waited, the medical office clerk hollered out to a woman in the waiting room, "what are you being seen for today?". What happened to patient privacy????
RecommendedThey were pretty busy with an expected 2-2 1/2 hour wait time. So they put me on the list, and I left to go run some errands. I’m glad I did not do one of my errands, getting my nails done, because while I was at Walmart, they called and said to be there in about 15 minutes. So even though I initially walked in just one minute before their closing time for the day, they honored my arrival time and stuck around until I returned and was finished. Never felt rushed. The doctors were very attentive and responsive to me. Neat facility and very comfortable. Just wish was not sick, so I could look around and see the facility.
Was a traveller from New Zealand. Process worked well as was the consulting and getting a script to local Walmart. My first online medical experience and in this case it was a great experience. Well done.

We love Rapid Med! It’s so convenient, and the doctors are wonderful. From the flu, to a torn ligament in my foot, to my sons broken collarbone, and another sons cut on his eye. We always leave happy and with all the tools to fix what’s wrong. Highly recommend!

I signed in online and Rapid Med immediately got back to me and told me the wait time and called me within 15 mins of the designated appointment time. The care from start to finish was great! Thank you.

My recent, first experience with Rapid Med was great! I went in late on a Saturday afternoon and there wasn't any wait time. Everyone was so nice and professional. I liked the fact that the cost was the same as a regular office visit rather than the cost you would pay at other Urgent Care clinics. There were plenty of rooms to accommodate people and the waiting room was comfortable, the short time I waited.
