RecommendedThe staff is always very friendly and I appreciate that you can login and they call you 30 minutes before they get you in. The care is excellent and there are no hidden fees or later billings.
When you can't get in to see your doctor, and need immediate care, Rapid Med is the best. Unlike the other "doc in a box" businesses, RM only charges you your regular co-pay. You can check in online and they will call you when you are within 30 mins so you don't have to wait around. I've always gotten excellent care there and highly recommend them.
when I arrived they said it will be a 3 hour wait ? Yikes but with in 15 minutes they said we can get you right in !! Very friendly staff . Nurse was great!!! Doctor very polite and quick ... I will come here again with no hesitation !!
This place takes better care of me than my own family practice doctor I see. I’ve been sick a lot this past year and each time I am greeted here with friendly staff. They provide me with the best medicine and care, I really appreciate them for always making me better.
You can wait at home until they are ready and I was givin my script and I feel better...
Everyone is so sweet here, I’m always treated with respect, sometimes the wait is long but you don’t have to wait there they will call you when it’s almost time for your appt, then you head in. Once your there the wait has never been more than 5-10 min wait. I give them 10 stars
Scheduling of appointments is easy online. service is always great, from staff to the Doctors
This place is great! I highly recommend due to short wait times, staff is friendly and doctor takes the appropriate time to get to know you and your health concerns.
