RecommendedRegister online soon as possible, cause there’s gonna be a 3 hour plus wait. But, really liked the way the lobby is set up. Big wide open lobby, people not crammed together in tight little rows like at Care Now, Concentrate some of those places

I love this place everyone there is very nice, I been going there and also taking my kids for a few years now and never had a bad experience, plus the facility is so clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Had a pretty dismal experience yesterday at the location in Double Oak. I took a fall on Saturday and by Monday I realized I had more than a bruise or sprain due to the pain and very limited mobility in my left arm. Wait was 3 hours but at least I got to wait at home and the office wait wasn’t too long. I was seen by someone pretty fast and sent for X-rays. I was then told I had a break in my shoulder. I love this place. Affordable and rapid care!
I was SO sick and they took great care of me! The online check-in is a lifesaver when you are already sick. Everyone is very friendly and they are quite thorough in finding out what is going on and getting you treated.
Doctors and staff are awesome! the online and call ahead service keep You from waiting hours at the doctors office with other sick people. My go to when I need to be seen quickly!
I used to frequent this location until my most recent experience. I had pink eye and did the 'on demand' doctor who sent over to Walgreens what I thought was a pink eye prescription. To my fault, I picked up the prescription and went home and put the drops in my eyes without looking at the label. Immediately I couldn't open my eyes and my vision was blurry, I looked at the box and Rapid Med in fact wrote me a prescription for ear drops that I put in my eyes.
