RecommendedThe staff was there several hours late continuing to care for people who signed in before their closing time. Everyone was really nice and had smiles on their faces. I appreciate their care and positive attitude.
Physician assistant Carmen at Rapid Med advised me after an exam to go directly to the ER and she was 100% correct in doing so. I was so thankful for her identifying my symptoms as being serious and sending me where I needed to be. I would highly recommend Rapid Med. So thankful that I chose Rapid Med that day and Carmen was my PA.

I have turned this facility into the Medical Board of Texas for over charging a patient and possible insurance fraud but wanted to make people aware NOW. My husband showed up after calling and being put on the list only to be presented with a supposed past due balance. At the time of that DOS his copay was paid. He never owes more. I handle medical insurance and upon investigating, we are correct, he doesn't owe more.
