This facility is called a Rapid Med and provides Urgent ************* but it is not recognized as an Urgent Care. It is considered a Specialist. Very deceiving billing practice that it does not use Urgent Care Codes for patients to claim as an Urgent Care visit for insurance benefits when theyre advertised as an Urgent Care! Billing Department was very insensitive and rude to me when I asked for a receipt showing Urgent Care billing codes.

Last night I visited Rapid Med and the care I received was EXCEPTIONAL! The entire staff were “on point”, very efficient, and thorough! I will never hesitate to recommend Rapid Med Urgent Care! Thank you all for all that you do!
My husband and I went in for rapid Covid tests and PCR tests on Mon 12/14. We specifically asked for both tests and asked explicit questions about the tests. When our nurse did the nose swabs we asked if we were done with both tests. Well guess what? We called on Friday 12/18 for our PCR results and they said that we didn’t get the PCR test because we left the office! Their staff flat out lied and documented this lie as well. I have now been twice and I will be back again. All staff was amazing. Both docs I saw were so good at listening and being attentive. Clean, orderly, fast service. Highly recommend!
I went in yesterday after signing in online which was super helpful and quick once I got in. I was greeted by the sweetest staff. I absolutely loved the nurses and the NP that took care of me. Mind you, I had a disgusting cough which could’ve been Covid (thankfully it wasn’t), but they didn’t make me feel like I was “dirty” or anything. They even went above and beyond for me and called around to see what other places could have the rapid results testing so I wouldn’t have to wait 5 days to know. My family has been seeing Dr. John Gomez & his staff for 13 years. He has treated me for Meningitus 3x, helped discover my HASHIMOTO’s autoimmune along with now helping to manage my hypothyroidism. He has also seen my family for a concussion & a ridiculous amount of broken wrists, arms, sprained ankles, fractured legs & collar bones ..... (crazy right?) plus the usual cold/flu or sinus. Don't go unless you have a bank account full of cash. Super pricey, and they take forever! For us being the only patient in there it took more than two hours!
