Went for a full service oil change...didn’t fill the anti freeze reservoir, husband ended up filling it and didn’t wash the windshield...those are the two thing I know for sure. Wonder what else from the checklist didn’t get completed. Asked for a synthetic blend oil...not sure that’s what I got??? Everything on the checklist said completed but not so much...wonder how often this happens??
RecommendedI went to our local Rapid Lube today for the first time....my fiancé takes his truck there and I thought I’d give them a try. I purchased my car about 6 months ago, but I haven’t put too many miles on it because I work in town. I knew that my window sticker said I wasn’t due for a change yet as far as miles go, but the car kept giving me an alert every time I turned it on saying the car was due for an oil change. Always enjoy coming here. I know nothing about cars (nor do I really care to learn) but they always make it so simple and explain the differences between packages. Both gentlemen that were working today (joe Ryan and Matt) we are great team together. Wait wasn’t long either. Thank you!!!
Heres how my days going, so on break i take my car to get a full service oil change, i go back to work and get off and try to start my car an it starts messing up and sounds like a deisel and i go to put it in gear and it dies. Remind you nothing was wrong with my car before this oil change and now its messing up. Also i had no lights on my dash light up until after this oil change!! Now my oil, transmisson and battery light is on. Im beyond aggrivated, never again will i go to RAPID LUBE!!
