Went in for a standard oil change. They had just started with suddenly the owner who also owns Gas & Go came in, talked with the guy changing the oil. He then comes to me and says the plug to drain the oil had been stripped, but they could do it another way. Okay, I told them to do it, thinking the place I had the change done before had done it. Because I didn't know what kind of oil my car used, the manager told me I REQUIRED synthetic oil, which is much more costly. I had to return to ask them to fill the fluids. When I asked why they didn't vacuum I was told they only do the driver area. I looked at my clean plastic floor mat, lifted it up, and the dirt had been shaken underneath.
