They have been non-responsive. I requested a quote over a week ago and called them, and have had no one contact me.
We've been using Rapid Lawn Care for 3 years and last week they came to our house but didn't mow. My wife inquired as to why and we were told it was too dry to mow, I was home when they stopped and nobody asked me if I'd like them to mow or not, needless to say our yard looks like a jungle now. At any rate my wife simply replied assuming we wouldn't have to pay for this lack of service and asked if this was standard procedure (wondering how many times we had paid for a lawn that didn't get mowed). Started out good but then they spilled something on my lawn and then tracked it through my lawn so I had a dead spot and dead footprints up my lawn. Contacted them and they replied that the owner wanted to take a look. Set up a time and no show. Voiced my concern and was told they would hydro seed. Again, a no show. They rarely answer the phone and don’t call you back. Skip this company.
