DONT NOT EVER GO HERE! I've never been here, but this place is horrible and unethical! They violate hippos daily! The owner samples all the blood himself, and his former employees have never seen him in the sunlight(employees he fires then harrases on their companies websites and reviews!) AND definitely never bring your children, he makes them do tests in the waiting room, but never let's them study... I'd never go here!!!! Unless I needed their services for something, or possibly to apply for a job.
Scheduling was easy, next day service in our house. Ashley showed up right on time, masked and cheerful, and she was very professional, excellent skills drawing blood. I recommend Rapid Lab Services to anybody that has to stay home for any reason.
If I could I would give a negative rating. "Dont call or text me, u have a chain of command,,, how am i supposed to call the payroll company when they are not open? Your financial problems, rent and everything like that is not my problem.. i will call at 830 when they open ... so again dont call or text me , use your supervisor to communicate with me !" Save your money. Crooked company! Crooks and liars! Patients beware.... Many HIPPA violations. Customer service is not a priority, financial gain it the only importance! Owner is unprofessional and rude, along with his wife!
