Our home owners insurance wouldn’t renew our policy without getting the roof cleaned. I reached out to a couple companies and Mike responded and got us scheduled as quick as possible. Roof looks almost brand new and our insurance company was pleased. Even offered to cut back some of the branches close to the house. I would recommend rapid home and commercial to everyone!

I could not be more happy and impressed with the work performed today by Rapid Home and Commercial, Michael Barranco in particular. I needed some major patchwork repair on my roof and Michael found issues that the insurance adjuster had missed. I was shown videos/pictures of all work performed with meticulous detail. He removed tree limbs that enabled raccoons to wreak havoc on the rubber membrane. He arrived on time and was a true professional throughout the job. As winter set in November 2023, I was helping prep our family property in Newbury, MA to rent. I knew nothing about roofs, at the time. I never thought about them, until the insurance company wouldn't insure the house unless we had the moss removed from the roof. Apparently, moss can hold moisture and get up under your shingles, freeze and thaw, and freeze again and really wreak havoc on the condition of your shingles.
