Chris, Diego and the crew did an excellent job!
Chris and his team are absolutely wonderful. They did an amazing job on the installation and the product is better than advertised. We had a minor hiccup during the install that was not predictable however they went above and beyond to correct the issue. They are very honest and reliable and I can’t say enough about the great service they provide . The team was amazing setting up my new smart tint!
Love the film and price. According to friends and family, cool factor 5/5. Installation team of 5/5 - thanks Diego and Nathan. Support responsiveness 5/5 so far and Chris the founder even gets closely involved. Only comment is the film is not completely see through when not in frost mode. Slightly hazy or diffused. But it’s a tradeoff and I can see out very clearly still. Just something to think about.
If I could rate this company/team with 100 stars, I would! From the start, Chris and his team were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so easy to work with. We have several windows in our house where we wanted privacy but weren’t willing to sacrifice the aesthetic. Rapid Glass became the PERFECT solution. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
