This company sold me a home and never advised me the home had an HOA. I purchased a home in November of 2024 and just now finding out about an HOA March of 2025. I even asked the realtor if there was an HOA and she advised no. Now I will be pursuing a law suit. No one from the company has yet to reach out after I’ve emailed them. Only concerned about a sale.
