Today we used the service for COVID test again, and let me tell you guys the first time was excellent and today even better, your attention and service speed is beyond anyone’s expectations.
I had a situation where I was not swabbed correctly the 1st time and had to be re tested. I was, in fact positive even though my 1st test was negative. Not only did they re test me for free but I received a call from the CEO of the company to assure me that he would make sure to reiterate to his employees the importance of making sure to swab correctly in the future. I appreciated the time he took to reach out to me.
