Garrett was friendly, helpful, and super knowledgable which made planning our trip through Palisade very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend their shop. Very convenient and an all around great experience to have while cruising through the vineyards. We will definitely be coming back.
We had a GREAT experience this week with a stand up paddle board trip down the river. The views were amazing & Rondo went above & beyond with outstanding customer service!! Thank you for an unforgettable day!!!
We rented bikes from Rapid Creek this past Sunday to tour the wineries around Palisade. Rondo was so friendly and gave us great suggestions of where we should stop along the way. He even gave us his cell number so we could reach him if we needed anything throughout the day! Thanks to his suggestion, we made a stop at Maison La Belle Vie and had the most delicious charcuterie board. 5 stars!!
Rented electric bikes so we could explore palisade and check out the winery's along the fruit and wine byway. Service was phenomenal. The folks there were super helpful and super friendly! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have a fun adventure with bikes!

Great service from Rapid Creek renting cruiser bikes last summer. Rondo gave us tips for lunch and picked up our bikes in the rain the next day!
