Visited there once and trash in the stairwell. Absolutely disgusting. Apartments look ok from outside but the trash surrounding the apartments is disgusting. Clean up !
how do we have a new property manager and can’t keep a single landlord in office for a month. As of rn I don’t think we even have a landlord in office to do their job. They also fee you hundreds of dollars with no explanation from where it came from but will evict you quick if you don’t pay. Pretty sure they’ll hit me with a late fee for rent cuz no one is in office to put it in, even tho I dropped it off weeks before it’s due. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to save your money and time.
