Made an appointment online for a Sunday morning. All doors were locked and nobody answered any of the phones. Another person was also waiting. Terrible. Feels like a scam

I had an appointment to get COVID tested yesterday and I was told I would get my results back within 2 hours and it’s the next day and I still haven’t heard anything and you can’t even call them because no one picks up the phone and I tried texting them but no response either. I wasted my time going here for nothing so don’t waste your time if you value it find somewhere else to get COVID testing this place has zero organization.
