i've called Rapid Commercial Plumbing for help at least three times now. the first time, Samuel fixed a gas leak near the meter coming into our home. another time, Erick swapped out our old hot water heater for a new one. most recently, we had a leak under our bathroom pedestal sink and a kitchen faucet that wouldn’t stop dripping. we reached out on a Saturday to schedule a visit for the next week, but they surprised us by fitting us in that same day and even gave us a discount for coming out so quickly. i had a great experience with this plumbing company. my warranty provider sent out a different plumber at first, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my kitchen sink faucet and didn't fix it. after a lot of waiting and back and forth, they finally sent this company. erick came out, quickly found the real problem with my faucet in just a few minutes, and had it working again in no time. it's nice to have someone experienced who really knows plumbing. very happy with the service!
I got home from work to hear water running in our basement, even though we definitely don’t have a fountain down there.
