if i could give minus 10 stars I would During the scamdemic, one day in Dec 2020 my foot broke. When I entered the clinic, it was in a clinic wheelchair that could not get through the doors of the clinic, THEN the water fountain was broken so though you are in shock and dehydrated, tough luck according to this place After the receptionist entered my insurance and billing information my first 10 minutes then she spent several minutes browbeating me to suffocate myself with the face covering that is useless with infections. I was charged an extra $57 dollars for my visit on Aug 21 for holiday,weekend, or after hours. I was checked in a 7:54 am . I am being told regular hours start at 8:00 am. That is not what is posted on web site or at business . Everything says hours are 7am to 7pm m--f. I would think at minimum receptionist would mention secret hours before checking me in 4 minutes early. I wasn't seen for another 44 minutes either. My husband was recently at Urgent Care, and we really appreciated Dr Rafferty, who was very thoughtful, caring and thorough. Blessings on him for being so helpful and giving great advice!
I wanted to especially commend Dr Sears for her quick assessment and treatment on September 2, as well as her nurse, lab tech and x-ray tech. Her prescribed treatment improved my symptoms by later that day, and by next morning, a drastic improvement was noted! The staff at Rapid City Medical Center Urgent Care have gone above and beyond repeatedly.
Wonderful physicians and staff. So grateful for the many years of excellent care.
