Phil Syverson is a sales person that you do not want to deal with. In my honest opinion I would just not deal with Rapid Chevrolet. I am happy with the deal that I got on my new vehicle, but Phil Syverson is a rip off. Phil said he would pay for the chip in the windshield and never lived up to his words, I had to pay for it. I contacted them via there online form about a couple different cars, and I got a call back fairly quickly from Jerry, we set up a time to test drive some vehicles. After the test drives, I picked the car I wanted and went through the process of getting the car. It was a good experience and Jerry was a very nice guy!

Jerry Maguire was very helpful and worked very hard to find a car that would fit my budget and my lifestyle. He was very polite and explained everything in great detail, so that I could understand it. Steven Monteforte was also very helpful and organized. He also explained everything very well.
