I'm new to the area and have been sick for over a week. The front desk, MA, and NP were so kind and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was an issue (pharmacy side) with the prescription. The front office went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed. Thank you for taking care of me today!
I did not appreciate that the provider disregarded my concerns. I have an autoimmune disorder, therefore I no longer have an immune system due to the medication I take for my MS (for over 10 years). It felt like provider not only didn’t listen to me, but also that I was drug seeking? I went in for the start of bronchitis, which unfortunately (and to the disbelief of the provider) I cannot fight off infections. Love this location, all of the staff and the provider, Byron Dallas, NP, theyre all amazing. My whole family was sick for more than a couple weeks with multiple issues and I'm so happy we went to them. Thank you!!!
Great staff at the 11th Ave location. The PA'S in particular are wonderfully kind.
