The NP, L. Lin, I see is the best! She takes the time to roam, to explain whatis going on with my issue, & gives advice & options.
Both of the Nurse Practitioners are friendly, patient and understanding when giving treatments or answering my questions or giving me time to think of questions I might not have had yet until after the appointment session.
Courteous staff. Reasonable wait time to be seen.
I had a very good experience with Rapid Care on Saturday. I tested positive for strep throat and was able to get the antibiotics needed to treat it.
It was a bit of a wait, but I knew that would be happening so I stayed and my service was amazing. Got questions answered. The physician was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that.
