Beware if you need to take a drive to get Medical attention. They only attend you if you have insurance. I find it very unfair that they don't accept Medi-Cal patients. They don't deserve "rapid care"? The front desk person was very friendly but he should have warned me that the "Same Day" clinic on Douty St. does attend Medi-Cal patients but Adventist Health wants you to fully switch over. It is unfair how it is very hard to get medical care!
Everyone was super nice. I was treated with care and respect. There were a lot of really sick people there in such a small area there were masks available. I think it would be a good idea to regularly wipe down the chairs and armrests with antibiotic wipes to help prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
I've never had a bad experience with this walk-in. I've seen both Dallas Byron and Melissa Gonzales several times. I've also taken my 89 year old father with dementia and they are wonderful with him also. The front office staff are also great. It was a busy day (the day after Christmas) when I was there. There were a couple people that were understandably frustrated because they didn't feel were but not understandably very rude. Staff stayed calm and professional.
Fast, friendly, thorough. ZERO complaints.
