Shocked and appalled at their treatment of me, not to mention disgusted. Apparently, my back pain can be diagnosed by stepping on a scale and counting tattoos. I came looking for a medical evaluation and got a lesson in body weight and ink instead. Convenient, certainly. Thorough, not so much.
