The front office was sharp and expeditious. The intake is as it should be. The back office medical workers are hurried. As such something something missed and now it's going to another faculty for another look. Nice enough workers though needing to slow down to look closer, carefully using another minute or two could make wonders.
I waited an hour in the exam room wirh no one who came in to explain why the delay. I also was not impressed with the doctor on call that day. He seemed to be dismissive. The receptionist was quite friendly, though. Would not return!
I went here to address a possible sinus infection. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. I was prescribed antibiotics, and also was given sound medical advice about how to address the infection while I wait for an upcoming appointment with my regular primary care physician. Staff members were professional, and it didn't take that long. I HIGHLY recommend using Adventist Health Rapid Care for non-emergency conditions that need to be addressed promptly.
I arrived and immediately was checked in and taken to a room. Medical assistant came in and took my vitals and my information. The doctor came in within five minutes and diagnosed my issue. Gave me a prescription and explained my issue. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
