I came in to get my finger x-rayed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The front desk staff was friendly, and my wait time was minimal. The technician, whose name I unfortunately missed, was also very friendly. The nurse practitioner, Loren, was also really nice and knowledgeable. He reviewed my x-rays with me and explained the regimen I should follow to help my finger heal. Overall, it was excellent service from start to finish.
We were sent here for a work comp injury by the employer stating that's who is contracted with their insurance. There was only a PA there that day, no MD and certainly not a work comp Dr. Referred out for physical therapy 45 minutes away in another county because there are no work comp Dr's in their system in our county. How does that happen and how do you honestly expect an injured person to drive themselves elsewhere? For physical therapy when you haven't tested what is wrong. How?
This dental facility is very thorough and nice workers very friendly environment staff are clean and just a good experience all around
