This morning, my daughter went to a Rapid Care clinic due to symptoms consistent with bronchitis. When she arrived, the waiting room was completely empty. Despite this, a staff member told her that they were not accepting new patients at that time and advised us to return later or seek care elsewhere. This situation is unacceptable. Urgent Care clinics exist specifically to provide timely medical attention, especially for acute illnesses. No clear medical or administrative reason was given for denying my daughter care. There open till 6 pm .Showed up at 4:40 but because there was no primary care physician they said they were closed. Nothing was posed about it so it waded out gas and time
Worst experience- showed up at 4:55, they close at 6. The provider told the nurse he wanted to leave early and I will need to go to the ER. The dr was there and left!!
I went to Rapid care 5/7/2025 The Front end Staff....💯 ⭐ They are friendly and very professional.... They are kind and get you in in a timely b fashion... I had Yesenia help me she got my vitals and was patient and very helpful... I had Tanya help me with my spider bite... She was quick to examine and make a decision on medication... Asking me allergies and other info... I told her I was a retired pharmacy tech and she wanted my input what I thought was a good antibiotic.
