I recently went to Rapid Care In Lakeport. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and my wait time was just a few minutes. A nurse practitioner by the name of Greenlee was my provider. He was very thorough. Asked all the right questions, took down information and made me feel quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful. It was an exceptional experience, considering As sick as I was.I will definitely go back a good experience overall.
Last-minute call on a Friday where my provider was not available. Went to urgent care expecting a long Waite . Ended up being less than 30 minutes very impressed
Very happy I went to rapid Care and not the ER. Staff there was very courteous and answered all my questions.
I came in for sharp abdominal pains I was having. No wait which was nice. NP that saw me was absolutely sure that I was experiencing kidney stones. The only physical touch we had was he tapped both of my kidneys while I stood. Sent me to the hospital for an ultrasound-results came back negative. So I asked the assistant who called me with the results to please ask the NP what we should do now. Further examination? Blood work? Additional testing? I’m still waiting for a response….
