I came in to get my windshield replaced. My windshield is difficult to find for a Toyota Tundra, and the one that was ordered did not fit. They found one right away, they explained the problem and drove out to get it. In the mean time, I had to run errands so they lent me a car to do that while I waited. They also gave me a discount for the trouble. They took care of me better than any car dealership I dealt with in the past, and they were very kind and helpful. Thank You VIP! I will recommend you to anyone.

I would like to thank Richard Perry and the personnel at VIP Autos for a good car buying experience. They showed me so many fine vehicles. But I was able to find the absolute " Perfect" vehicle for my Wife this week. The salesmen are not pushy and don't hound you as you walk their lot. Thank you to the salesman that convinced me to consider the "Hybrid". Hadn't thought about buying one before that test drive. We have bought cars from Richard Perry for years. There's only been once that we got what you call a lemon and Rich bent over backwards to correct it. Nobody can predict the future of any new or used car, especially a used. I would and do send people to VIP Autos knowing that Richard will give them a great deal along with taking care of them after they buy it if there is any problems.

This dealer was recommended to me from a high profile friend who's entire family buys cars from Right away I noticed they had very nice cars at lower prices than I expected! Once I met Richard and his staff I understood why they've been so popular not only with my celebrity friend but I learned many Companies and the local Soboba Casino buys their vehicles there because of the no hassle pricing ' I recommend them to everyone!
