He came out and was nice continued to say I work for you. then gave me an appraisal 22k over the value making the appraisal worthless as it would disqualify me for my mortgage. I spoke to him and explained that the house is listed on zillow for 347k but needs 50 k in repairs. he still valued the property at 318k. Zillow is the most overpriced site out there so his estimate was 21k over the zillow estimated value with the repairs deducted. i pointed out all the issues to him and he still would not change the appraisal. so at ... read more
