Rapid Alarms did a fantastic job installing our Ajax alarm and camera system. Fabio was patient while I worked out exactly what layout I needed, and never made me feel rushed. He gave honest advice and set us up with the right system. The install team were neat and professional, even walking us through the app so we felt confident straight away. I would highly recommend these guys!
Great customer service, very responsive, punctual and accommodating. They can adjust most things remotely, but they were also prompt to come back to fix things as needed.
I had 4 cameras installed at my residence. So far, after a week they are all running and doing what they're suppose to do. Team was quick and from the visual side of the install, looks clean and tidy.
