This place is a total ripoff. They charged me $650 just to come and inspect what is wrong with my machine, they claimed it took the technician 2.5 hours. I saw the technician on my camera and all they did was talk on the phone and leave the store multiple times. Initially the owner told me she would give me discount and honor the work done on camera and she took my card number, after that they would not give me the quote to fix it and the owner then went back on her word and increased the price back of the inspection. Rapid air is the real deal. They pulled through and saved the day. I contacted Rapid after learning about their services from a friend. They came out, diagnosed the issue and quickly made the repairs. They got my cooling system up and running for me and my 5 kids during a heat wave we had a couple weeks back. Staff were very friendly, professional and down to earth. I would definitely be doing business with them in the near future. Highly recommend.
