I called their 24 hour call line when my air went out at 1am. First time with this experience. They called me at 10am and told me a technician would be by between 3-5. Jamie, the technician, called to let me know at 330 to let me know he was on his way. He was responsive to our ac needs and educated/talked us through the process. Fixed the issue within two hours! Very happy with our service.
Technician told me it would take 4 to 5 days to get warranty on part from carrier. Well it took 12 days for them to come back. After the installation the tech just wanted to get payed and left without checking my freon. I do not recommend this company at all.
