Beware. Not a walk-in clinic. We drove 45 minutes, filled out paperwork, and then waited for our turn. The receptionists then told us that they couldn't see us. We needed to come back tomorrow.. They didn't have enough doctors in site for walk-ins! I was in pain which is why I needed to be seen the same day. Went afterwards to AFC in Hillsdale where I was seen immediately and treated.
This office unfortunately does not respect people’s time. We waited over an hour for our 4.20 pm follow up which takes 15 minutes!! There was no forewarning which would have been appreciated while we were waiting in reception. She was them taken to the triage and we were told to wait as there wore two patients ahead of us! Really a poor show not impressed at all
