The Govt needs to do better. In my experience you are better to visit a GP, as you can experience significant delays in receiving treatment as you will have to wait for Metro North to call you and book an appointment. I’m 6days from my results and it’ll be 11 days before I’m actually treated. So, if you need treatment, immediately book with a GP or online doctor if it’s a simple e-script. I should add that the staff here are absolutely amazing, this is out of their control
Could not recommend this testing center enough! The people there are so kind, respectful and helpful and they truly made the process super easy for people from overseas for which I’m extremely grateful for! Thanks again! I will surely be back and recommend this place to my friends
i travelled here by uber twice today. they opened 2:30pm-5:30pm and 6pm-8pm. got here at 4 and they were at full capacity so i came back at 6:20pm as the sign said it was open again from 6:00pm and it already said full capacity?! they should make this clear on the website as i’ve spent $30 on ubers now and not managed to get a test? i’m sure it’s a great service but the comms need to be clearer around full capacity as it’s frustrating travelling and spending money only to find a sign on the door when you show up…
Hours are incorrect, they don't announce it online that they can't do any tests since they have full capacity How are people supposed to know this beforehand? Wasted my 80 mins in traffic team!
