No issues or dramas to be had. The staff here are so nice and make sure you're comfortable. Great at answering your questions also. Personally didn't experience the "sorry we're full" issue others seem to have. Walked in at 3:45pm on a Saturday and was out the door by 4:45pm. Test results for non rapid items came back within the usual time frame of two business days. Great service .
Came here a couple times over the course of two months and they questioned why I was coming in often and gave me basically a lecture regarding it which I think is a bit rude and disconcerting on this place behalf. Obviously having new sexual partners can be a concern and the safety of checking is important to me and likely others too.

They turned me away (this is the second time) and told me I couldn't get a test because I was symptomatic. But I don't think I am. I'm just being precautious. Strange. I was turned away the first time because they were at max capacity. The government can do way better. Sexy-health is important. It's not so sexy at rapid
It's rare to go there and this doesn't happen, there's always some reason and there's no service.
