I was recommended to RaphaRX when my physician closed down his in clinic pharmacy. Since switching over I have had a wonderful experience. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with another pharmacist that was filling in while the owner was out of the country but this was very quickly resolved. The owner/pharmacist called me personally and wanted to rectify the issue immediately. You can even have your prescriptions delivered! Bad service, they texted me a couple days after the script was sent to them at night on a weekend to ask if I want the script the Dr sent to them to be filled, and a string of texts that didn't answer anything, refused to answer any calls until today, then the audacity to imply the script was a little old... From 6 days ago. When I've been trying to reach them this whole time. Can't do the basic services we went to them to do, I'm insisting my doctor send the scripts elsewhere as I'm not going all the way over there for a pl... read more
